4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand partner that produces and ships items from the closest available facility.
Delivery times and costs vary by location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may be affected by customs, local postal delays, or seasonal demand.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong product or size was sent.

If this happens, please email theexquisitewizard@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted gifts.
