3. Preorders & Early Adoption
Some products sold through Nerb HQ may be preorder items.
Early adoption nerbs are expected to arrive at Nerb HQ in August 2026 and will begin travelling to their new homes after arrival.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeframe provided on the product page.
While we will always do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by manufacturing, shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen space-related events may occasionally occur.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at checkout using the secure payment methods provided on the website.
We reserve the right to update prices, shipping rates, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using tracked shipping services where available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
