Returns & Refund Policy

At The Exquisite Wizard, every item is made to order through our print partner Gelato.
Because of this, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email theexquisitewizard@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos showing the issue.

  3. We’ll review and respond within 3–5 working days.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

As all products are printed individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted gifts, or incorrect sizing.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We’ll investigate with our print partner and arrange a solution where appropriate.
